Anxiety. It's a big and loaded topic. Especially for us entrepreneurs who often feel like we have the weight of the world of our shoulders.

I certainly don't want to pretend to have all the answers, especially when I know everyone struggles in different ways and to different degrees, but I did want to share with you what I find to be the most helpful stuff personally so that YOU can hopefully shift through a bit more easily and quickly.
