most women have had experiences that made them feel like their sexuality wasn’t their own. 💋

Sex where you walked away feeling used.

Sex where it barely seemed to matter that you were even in bed.

Sex you had because you felt obligated.

Sex where his pleasure mattered more than yours.

Sex where you played the role of the good girlfriend, the good wife, the woman who didn’t ask for too much.

And after enough of those experiences, it’s really fucking easy to start feeling like your sexuality isn’t actually yours.

Like sex is something you give.

Something a man gets from you.

Something that happens to you.

Instead of something that belongs to you.

But you’re not 25 anymore.

You’re in a different chapter now.

Maybe you’ve been divorced. Widowed. Come out of a sexless marriage. Spent years without intimacy. Or simply become a completely different woman than the one who learned all those old rules.

This chapter gets to be different.

And your sexuality finally gets to be yours.

Introducing Sexy Back

A 21-day challenge to reclaim your sexuality as your own, get honest about what you want now, and start expressing + experiencing it on your terms.

For 21 days, we’re getting you out of the old rules, roles, shame, obligation and waiting - and back into ownership.

You’re going to decide what you want this chapter of your sexuality to look like - and then you’re going to start fucking living it.

THIS is for you if…

💋 You’re starting over after a divorce, breakup, loss, sexless relationship or years without intimacy - and you know this chapter of your sexuality needs to be different.

💋 You’ve had too many sexual experiences where you were focused on what he wanted, whether he was happy, whether he was attracted to you - and you’re ready to finally center your own desire.

💋 You know you’re a sexual woman, but you’ve spent years feeling disconnected from that part of yourself.

💋 You’re not necessarily ready - or interested - in rushing into another relationship, but you ARE ready to feel desired, explore, date, have sex and experience this part of yourself again.

💋 There are desires, fantasies, dynamics or experiences you’ve never given yourself permission to explore, and you’re ready to ask yourself what you actually want.

💋 You want to get better at speaking up sexually - asking for what you want, saying no to what you don’t, communicating your standards and refusing to have sex that leaves you feeling like you weren’t even fucking there.

💋 You’re fucking done allowing somebody else’s rules about what a respectable, feminine, relationship-worthy woman “should” want determine what you do with your own body and sexuality.

what to expect:

This isn’t a basic challenge where I tell you to buy a sexy new pair of underwear or order a toy. Oh no. We’re going MUCH deeper than that.

Over the course of 21 days, we’ll move through three intentional phases:

💄 DAYS 1–7: RECLAIM YOUR SEXUALITY

We’ll look at the experiences, relationships, shame + conditioning that disconnected you from your sexuality in the first place - and begin letting go of what no longer belongs in this next chapter.

💄 DAYS 8–14: OWN WHAT YOU WANT

Now we turn the focus toward you - what turns you on, what you’re curious about, what you want to experience, and what you want your sexuality to look like now.

💄 DAYS 15–21: MOVE ACCORDINGLY

This is where we start living it - speaking up, expressing what you want, putting yourself back out there, exploring your desires, and taking real-world action on your terms.

Reclaim it. Own it. Live it.

HI I’M SARA

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a sexual person.

But for a long time, my sexuality didn’t actually feel like mine.

A lot of my sexual experiences when I was younger didn’t center me, my pleasure, or what I genuinely wanted. And later, in a long-term relationship, there were times when I had sex because I felt obligated - not because I actually wanted it.

Sex could feel like something I was giving away.

Something somebody else wanted from me.

Not something that was also for me.

When that relationship ended, I was devastated. I shut down completely and didn’t date or have sex for almost five years. Pasted text

Eventually, I got fucking tired of being disconnected from that part of myself.

And when I started exploring again, I wasn’t ready for another relationship.

But I was still a sexual woman.

So I gave myself permission to figure out what I wanted.

I had intentionally casual sex. I had my first threesome. I went to sex parties. I explored my submissive side. I discovered desires I had never given myself permission to experience before. Pasted text

And for the first time, my sexuality started feeling like it was mine.

Not because doing unconventional things automatically makes a woman empowered.

Because I was choosing them.

I learned to ask for what I wanted. To say no to what I didn’t. To speak up. To trust myself. To feel freer in my body. And to stop making myself wrong for the things I desired.

That journey changed so much more than my sex life.

And that’s what I want for you, too.

Not my version of sexuality. Yours.

an important, transparent note

I’m a coach. I’m not a therapist, trauma specialist, or certified sex coach.

Sexy Back is designed to help you get in touch with your desires, stop making yourself wrong for what you want, express yourself more confidently, and begin taking real steps toward experiencing it.

It is not designed to process or heal deep sexual trauma.

If significant sexual trauma is at the center of your relationship with sex, this may not be the appropriate container for you. You deserve support from a licensed, trauma-trained professional who is specifically qualified to help you work through that experience.

a final note from sara

Maybe you’re not ready for another relationship.

Maybe you don’t even want one right now.

But you’re still a sexual woman - and you don’t have to put that part of yourself on hold until the next man you love comes along.

Maybe reclaiming your sexuality means intentionally casual sex.

Maybe it means exploring a fantasy, finding a Dom, dating, flirting, asking for what you want—or finally giving yourself permission to want something you’ve never allowed yourself to experience.

The point isn’t what you choose.

It’s that this time, YOU are the one choosing.

Your sexuality is yours.

It’s time to fucking take it back.
